•    CFD Calc tool can only be applied once per chart now.  If you try to add the tool again it will simply open the Calc window of the existing entry.
•    CFD Calc tool  - Option Expiry Date will no longer reset itself once the Calc window is closed and re-opened.
•    CFD Calc tool  - The Dividend value will have no effect if the Ex Date occurs after the Option Expiry Date.
•    CFD Calc tool  - The TNYM % value was not displaying the correct value the first time a chart was re-opened from a workbook.  This has been resolved.
