It's A Real Pleasure To UseI purchased Market Analyst some months ago. I just want to tell how much I like your software. It is a real pleasure to use it, very flexible and user friendly.
Although I don't consider myself an expert I do look forward to my half an hour every night when I use Market Analyst for analysis and learning new features.

Outstanding Support and ProductJust a short note to thank you and compliment you on your outstanding support and product.
I have mostly used Market Analyst 6 for its Swing chart capabilities, but increasingly have become totally reliant on so many unique features, tools and indicators that I use for time/cycle analysis, gee the Number Searcher is a wiz, can't tell you how many complicated spreadsheets I developed over the years trying to keep track of dates. The Gann Box, Gann Squares and time tools are awesome.
I have now just started using P&F charts again very, very successfully. I don't know of any other package that offers P&F, as a standard chart style. Although you have managed to bring the product into the mainstream, fortunately you have never lost the Gann features and continually improved the package capability. MA has certainly assisted in my growth as a trader over the years, I still amazed at how many new features and tools I am discovering in the product.
Your education is awesome, love your web page (easy to navigate), and the general user friendly interface and tools of the package.
I also wanted to send a note of thanks to David, Darren and Matt, for their wonderful support, The fact is, a truly great product is only as good as its support, and your support is truly excellent, and responsive.
I am fortunate to have been associated with MA, and wow has the investment I made in this product paid off. Wishing you all continued success, and thanks for making a life of this trader so much more productive and profitable.

I am a computer moron & was dreading the thought of installing MA onto my new computer.
There was NO need for concern.
With the excellent assistance from MA Customer Care, I was able to download the program and do the set up exactly as required; and it was easy, no need for concern. The very professional team at MA demonstrated very high standards of customer care and professional advise that I am now realising, is the norm for MA Customer Care. Great job there at Market AnalystWith regards to Market Analyst 6, I wish I had upgraded earlier than this as it is such a improvement over Market Analyst 5.
I am surprised at the improvements. I didn't upgrade initially because I thought it would be time consuming and difficult but now I am sorry I didn't upgrade months ago when I first learnt of MA6.

Easy to download, install and useI’ve been using an old version of MetaStock for many years and was looking to upgrade. A few people recommended Market Analyst so I thought that I would try it out. The features that have been added are absolutely fantastic, great work
on the grab and drag screen, short cut key functionality and the tool
bar to put my favourite tools on. I can now also add new charts and
create workbooks in about half the time. Version 5 is so much more user
friendly, it makes it hard to go back and use version 4
